The worst accident was the November 20, 2016 derailment of the Indore-Patna Express + near Kanpur which resulted in 150 deaths and over 150 injuries.
A 28 year old woman almost lost her life rushing towards her train at 8.55 pm if it wasn’t for the hero police officer who pulled her back. The train caught speed when she tried to run and board it as she was late, as a result she slipped at the Chennai Railway Station. Right then, a vigilant cop pulled her out of danger’s way just in time, otherwise would have been crushed under the train.
